Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Kanda and Killi Junubi Bazgeer MC Khuzdar under UEP CSR District Khuzdar Civil Work

The Public Health Engineering Division Khuzdar invites eligible bidders for the construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme (W.S.S) at Killi Kanda and Killi Junubi Bazgeer MC Khuzdar under the UEP CSR District Khuzdar. This civil work is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Kanda - Construction of Solar W.S.S at Killi Junubi Bazgeer MC Khuzdar Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procurement authority, and valid registration. The bidder must have completed 1 assignment of minimum value Rs. 3,642,813 PKR in previous years showing financial capacity. The bid security is 2% of the tender fee. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 1500 PKR. The last date for bid submission is 17 November 2026 by 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 12:00 PM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Khuzdar, Irrigation Colony Khuzdar. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids according to the single stage one envelope procedure and ensure timely submission with all required bid security and documents to avoid disqualification.
