Construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme at Killies Haji Zai, MC Essaabad, MC Khuzdar under PPL (UEP CSR), District Khuzdar

The Public Health Engineering Division Khuzdar invites bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a solar water supply scheme at Killies Haji Zai, MC Essaabad, and MC Khuzdar under PPL (UEP CSR) in District Khuzdar. This procurement is for the financial year 2026 and will be executed on composite schedule rates 2023 based on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme at Killies Haji Zai, MC Essaabad, MC Khuzdar under PPL (UEP CSR), District Khuzdar (Civil Work) (Estimated Cost: 4,741,927 PKR) The scope of work includes all civil works related to the installation and commissioning of a solar-powered water supply system as per the provided technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Presence on the Active Taxpayer List is mandatory. Firms must show financial capacity by providing evidence of having completed assignments of at least 1,319,348 PKR in previous years. Bid Security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, for a fee of 1,500 PKR from 6 to 17 November 2026 during office hours.
