Construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme at Faizabad City Asadabad 2, District Khuzdar Civil Work

The Public Health Engineering Division Khuzdar is inviting bids for the construction of a solar water supply scheme at Faizabad City Asadabad 2 under UEP(CSR) in District Khuzdar. This procurement is for the financial year 2026 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The scope of work involves civil works and installation of a solar-powered water supply system, ensuring sustainable access to clean water for the local community. Items being procured: - Construction of Solar Water Supply Scheme at Faizabad City Asadabad 2 under UEP(CSR), District Khuzdar (Estimated Cost: 5,204,019 PKR) Eligible bidders must be present in the Active Taxpayer List and must not be blacklisted by any procurement agency. Registration with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Firms must demonstrate experience in similar assignments and show a minimum work turnover of at least 3.6 million PKR annually. Financial capacity of the firm will be evaluated as part of the eligibility criteria. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call, along with a non-refundable tender fee of 1,500 PKR.
