Construction of Soling, Tuff Tiles and Drainage Works in Vehari

The LG&CD Department, Civil Sub Division Vehari, invites bids for approved development schemes under MRS 2nd BI Annual 2026 from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026. The procurement is for construction works in District Vehari, Punjab, through the Punjab E-Procurement System PPRA by registered contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of Soling, Tuff tiles & Drainage Mouza Sahib Ali Tehsil Mailsi - Construction of Tuff Tiles & Slab Sandhal Tehsil Mailsi - Construction of Tuff tiles, soling & Drainage Chak No.108/WB, 119/WB and Jalla Jeem - Construction of Tuff tiles, soling & Drainage Chak No.539/EB, 535/EB and Basti Anwar Abad Mouza Faiz Wah - Construction of Tuff tiles Chak No.16/WB The scope includes soling, tuff tile laying, slab work, and drainage construction at various sites in Vehari district. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system by 01:00 PM on 05.10.2026, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee or 1 Link payment method. Performance security of 10% of the contract price is required upon acceptance of the bid. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for the respective category and FBR/ATL registration.
