Tender Description
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites sealed bids from Suppliers, Contractors, and Companies registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid licenses from PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization in codes CE-09 & CE-10, registered with FBR and PRA for the renovation and construction of the official building at Tanki No.03 Nishter Town (Part-A).
Items being procured:
- Renovation/construction of Official Building at Tanki No.03 Nishter Town
The procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bidders must submit their bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 05-10-2026 before 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Hard copies will not be accepted. The digital bid security of Rs. 149,975 (5%) must be verifiable on the e-Procurement System.
The scope includes renovation and construction works as per detailed bidding documents available at the office of the Executive Engineer (O&M-II) Nishter Town, WASA Lahore. Bidders must have valid professional tax certificates issued by the Excise and Taxation Department Govt. of Punjab for the year 2026-27. All applicable taxes must be paid by the contractor as per government rules.
Eligibility requires registration with PEC category C-6 or above with specialization CE-09 & CE-10, active FBR and PRA registration, and compliance with PPRA rules. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. The bids will remain valid for 120 days.
