The LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works involving construction of street, drain, nullah, and culverts in various union councils of Gujrat District. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in village Karariwalawala, Chohan Nagar - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in UC Gunja - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in village Tibba Boote Shah, Haji Muhammad, Chano Pocha - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in UC Bruch - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in UC Bhaddar - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in UC Khwaspur - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in UC Karnana - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in village Khorian, Chak Sarwani - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in UC Jaurah - Construction of Street, Drain, Nullah & Culverts in Dinga City The scope includes detailed construction works of streets, drains, nullahs, and culverts across multiple locations within Gujrat District. Bidders must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility criteria as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before **14-09-2026 at 02:30 PM** and will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Gujrat. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
