Construction of Street Drains and Nallah at Village Channi Thathala District Council Hafizabad

District Council Hafizabad invites E-bids from eligible well reputed and financially sound Firms/Contractors/Company enlisted with relevant departments and registered on Punjab E-Procurement and with relevant tax departments, i.e. Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional tax (where applicable) and registered with PEC in relevant category codes through open competitive bidding (Single Stage Single Envelope) for the procurement of following projects/schemes for Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027 District Hafizabad: Items being procured: - Construction of Street Drains and Nallah at Village Channi Thathala District Council Hafizabad The project involves construction of street drains and nallah at the specified village under the supervision of District Council Hafizabad. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 6.160 Crore with a bid security of Rs. 3,08,200/- which is 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal. The lowest rates shall be accepted through E-Procurement after seeking approval from competent authority. The bidding documents containing all terms & conditions, requirements, and specifications can be downloaded online from the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement portal. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license in relevant category attached with the bid, valid income tax certificate & active status with FBR & PRA attached with the bid, and a firm/bidder shall attach a fresh affidavit that the bidder/firm has not been blacklisted in PPRA nor currently in litigation. The bids will be valid for 120 days. The successful bidder under Rule 56 of PPRA rules 2014 shall be bound to submit a Performance Guarantee as per PPRA rules which will be returned after successful completion of the project in shape of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from any Schedule bank within 15 days after award of tendered work. The bidding process timeline is as follows: E-Bids submission date and time is 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, and E-Bids opening date and time is 21-10-2026 at 11:30 AM. Attendance will be marked on E-Procurement portal. The bidders/contractors will pay the bid security through online banking (The Punjab of Punjab) before uploading the bid on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposals under PPRA Rules-2014, Chapter VI, Clause-35.
