The estimated cost for most schemes is Rs. 50 million with earnest money of Rs. 1 million and tender fee of Rs. 15,000. Some smaller schemes have lower estimated costs and earnest money. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category C-5 & Above and enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and KPRA for the financial year 2026-27. Earnest money in shape of original call deposit in favor of TMO, TMA Jamrud is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via https://kp.ecprocure.gov.pk on or before 02/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids. Late or hand-submitted bids will not be accepted.
