Repair and Raising of Existing Boundary Wall (Front / East Side) of Met Complex Karachi

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) invites bids from eligible firms registered and active with the taxation departments of Sindh province and FBR for the repair and raising of the existing boundary wall (front / east side) of the Meteorological Complex located at Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 5, University Road, Karachi. The work is estimated at Rs. 6,376,122/- as per Pak PWD schedule-2022 and is to be completed within 180 days. Items being procured: - Repair and raising of existing boundary wall (front / east side) of Met Complex, Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 5, University Road, Karachi The scope includes all materials and labor necessary to complete the repair and raising of the boundary wall according to the specifications provided by the department. Bidders must comply with all applicable taxes including SST and IT. The bidding procedure is single-stage one-envelope. Eligibility requires firms to be duly registered with Sindh taxation authorities and FBR. A bid security in the form of a pay order amounting to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in favor of the Director General Meteorological Services, Karachi. Bidders must submit their bids online through EPADS VOL 2.0 and submit the original earnest money pay order to the office of the Chief Meteorologist at the Met Complex, Karachi. The deadline for bid submission is 20th October 2026 at 10:30 AM PST.
