The projects require experienced contractors with valid PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required, with an additional 10% performance security if the lowest bid is within 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal by 19-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will follow at 11:30 AM the same day at the District Council Chakwal office.
