Construction of streets and drains in multiple UCs of District D.I.Khan

The Local Government and Rural Development Headquarters District D.I.Khan is procuring construction works for streets and drains across multiple Union Councils including Bagwani, Paharpur, Kirri Khaisor, Kot Jali, Laar, Katgarh, Shorkot, and Dhap Shumali. This extensive civil works project involves the building of streets and drainage systems in various streets within these UCs, aiming to improve local infrastructure and sanitation. The technical scope covers construction of streets and drains with estimated costs ranging from approximately PKR 0.88 million to PKR 2 million per street segment. The works require expertise in civil construction and water supply sanitation systems, ensuring proper drainage and street durability. The project is part of the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) for the current financial year. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the relevant C&W category and must hold valid FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) registrations. Contractors should have experience in similar civil works projects and must submit earnest money in the form of call deposits as bid security. The bid security is set at 2% of the engineer’s estimate, with additional securities required for bids below or above certain thresholds. The deadline for submission of electronic bids is 11th June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. Bidders must submit their bids through the ePADS system and physically deliver original bid securities to the Assistant Director Senior LG&RDD HQ D.I.Khan.
