District Council Gujrat invites E-bids through the E-Procurement System from financially sound and well reputed firms, contractors, or companies registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax. Items being procured: - Construction of streets and drains/Nullah village Chakori Bhelowal - Construction of street and drain opposite Doga road link Bhimber road - Construction of Nullah and passage in village Kotla Dheendha - Construction of streets and drains/Nullah village Hando Longo - Construction of streets and drains village Chak Jani - Construction of Drain and street No. 6 Mohallah Miani Lokri at Shahdiwal Town - Construction of street and drain village Gorali The scope includes civil construction of streets, drains, and nullahs in various villages of Gujrat district. The works require adherence to quality standards and timely completion. Bidders must have a valid PEC license in the relevant category and attach valid income tax certificates and active status with FBR and PRA. A fresh affidavit confirming no blacklisting in PPRA or litigation is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Earnest money (Bid Security) is 5% of the estimated cost and must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline.
