Replacement of Existing Doors with Fire Rated Doors and Installation of Emergency Beam Lights at SBP BSC Faisalabad

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) Faisalabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the replacement of existing doors with fire rated doors at BPAS/BDS UPS rooms and installation of other miscellaneous accessories for emergency exits at SBP BSC Faisalabad located at M.A Jinnah Road, Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with a contract reference number P108181. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing fireproof metal doors (47 sqft) with cold rolled steel/galvanized steel material, ceramic insulation, UL approved fire rating of 3 hours, powder coated red color, including dismantling of existing doors, repair of door jams, grouting, and disposal of debris. - Providing and installation of wall mounted dual head emergency beam lights (18 units) make Osaka or approved equivalent, with rechargeable batteries and minimum 1.5 hours backup, including electrical wiring and fittings. The scope includes dismantling/removal of existing doors, installation of new fire rated doors and emergency lighting, repair of door frames, electrical connections, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. The contract duration is 75 days from commencement. Eligible bidders must have completed at least two projects related to construction, repair, renovation, or maintenance of minimum Rs. 0.6 million each in the last five years.
