Development of Park with Infront of House No. C-44 & C-45 AL-Habib Society at Maymar Avenue Road TMC Sohrab Goth Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the development of a park located in front of House No. C-44 & C-45 AL-Habib Society at Maymar Avenue Road, TMC Sohrab Goth Karachi. This procurement is part of the development works planned for the fiscal year 2026-2027 under the TMC Sohrab Goth's budget. Items being procured: - Development of Park with Infront of House No. C-44 & C-45 AL-Habib Society at Maymar Avenue Road The scope of work includes earth dressing and levelling, filling and watering of earth under floor, provision and spreading of sweet earth, cow dung manure, and laying of Dhaka grass with watering. The work is to be completed within a period of 3 months. The contractor must ensure the use of quality materials and proper workmanship as per the technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the appropriate category, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, electrical license if applicable, and relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works. The bid security required is 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 150,000, and the tender cost is Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable).
