The works require compliance with PEC category codes and registration with relevant tax authorities. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a cash deposit. The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
