Construction of Surface Drains Type-A and Related Works at Town Committee Jhol, District Sanghar

The Office of the Town Committee Jhol, District Sanghar, invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of surface drains and related civil works under Scheme No-05. The procurement is conducted through the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (amended). The works include construction of Surface Drains Type-A from Dargah Haji Qadir Bux beside Government Boys Main Sindhi School, Maqbool to Iftikhar Ahmed, at Zaheer House and Saindad Shar to Gul Hassan Shar, along with construction of RCC cross near Mohsin and Madom Aasia House in Ward No 5 of Town Committee Jhol. Items being procured: - Construction of Surface Drains Type-A from Dargah Haji Qadir Bux to Gul Hassan Shar - Construction of RCC Cross near Mohsin & Madom Aasia House The technical scope covers excavation, cement concrete works, brickwork, cement plastering, construction of open drains and culverts, and reinforced concrete works including steel reinforcement fabrication. The site is located in Jhol, Taluka Sinjhoro, District Sanghar. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active NTN and Sales Tax registration, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, inclusion in FBR Active Taxpayer List, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, and financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of Town Committee Jhol before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is 18-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Town Committee Jhol. Bids will be evaluated on a lowest evaluated responsive bid basis. The contract period is 12 months with a defect liability period of 12 months after completion. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
