Construction of Tower Foundations along-with Erection & Stringing at 132KV D/C Transmission Line for 132KV Grid Station Aghaz Housing Scheme Harnoli Road Piplan District Mianwali (Deposit Work)

The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of tower foundations along with erection and stringing at the 132KV double circuit transmission line for the 132KV Grid Station at Aghaz Housing Scheme, Harnoli Road, Piplan District Mianwali. This deposit work is planned under the financial year 2026-27 and is being procured through a National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Construction of foundation plain/reinforced concrete using SR cement including dewatering, stub setting, shuttering, reinforcement, installation of tower grounding, concreting, curing, backfilling with compaction and slow protection as per drawings for ZM-60 type tower footing (8 units) - Mobilization and demobilization of crew with tools, plant and machinery for erection of towers and stringing of conductors - Transportation and shifting of material from FESCO store to site and erection of ZM-60 type tower including welding of nuts and bolts, painting with two coats of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint as per WAPDA/FESCO standards - Transportation and erection of ZM-60 type T-Off tower during shutdown under existing circuit including dead ending of existing circuit on newly erected tower - Transportation and stringing of ACSR Rail conductor (6 wires) and 1 shield wire (9mm sq) including pave out, sagging, dead ending, clipping, jumpering, installation of S.B. dampers, droppers at gantry span, scaffolding arrangement if required, tree cutting up to specified limit, testing and commissioning The scope covers all civil works, erection, stringing, and related transportation and handling activities at the site located near Agriculture University, Faisalabad. The contractor will be responsible for watch and ward of materials during execution. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration with C-6 category having codes CE-10 & EE-05, experience of at least two similar contracts with 40% completion awarded by WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs in the last 10 years, active NTN and PRA registration, financial capability with bank statement equal to 10% of BOQ amount, and submission of bid security of 5% of BOQ amount. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 1:30 PM on EPADS. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required upon award.
