The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Urban Development Wing, invites bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of streets in various Christian areas across Lahore, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA-38 (2)(a) and is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Contractors must submit technical and financial bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally in favor of Lahore Development Authority. Only technical proposals will be opened initially, followed by financial proposals of responsive bidders. The tender opening and submission deadline is 29-10-2026 at 09:30 am and 10:00 am respectively. Firms must be registered with PEC in the specified categories (C-3 to C-6 and above) and have active NTN and PNTN. The bidding documents are available online.
