Construction of Tower Foundations and Maintenance & Repairing at 132KV and 220KV Grid Stations Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the Year 2026-27 along with up-to-date registration with PRA on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Construction of Tower Foundations along with Erection & Stringing at 132KV D/C T/Line for 132KV G/S Aghaz Housing Scheme Harnoli Road Piplan District Mianwali (Deposit Work) - Maintenance & Repairing XEN T&G office at 220KV G/S Nishatabad Faisalabad The first project involves construction of tower foundations and erection works at a 132KV double circuit transmission line for the 132KV grid station at Aghaz Housing Scheme, Harnoli Road, Piplan, District Mianwali. The second project covers maintenance and repair works at the 220KV grid station office in Nishatabad, Faisalabad. Both projects have a completion period of 30 days. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-05 for the first work and CE-10 for the second, valid for the year 2026-27. Bidders must have completed at least two contracts of similar nature within the last ten years awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs with a consolidated value exceeding 40% of the estimated BOQ cost. Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration and submission of income tax returns for the last three years are mandatory. Bidders must also submit sales tax registration with Punjab Revenue Authority and demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least half the amount mentioned for each work. A bid security of 5% of the BOQ amount is required in favor of the Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Bids will be received and opened on 17 November 2026 at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM respectively. Original bid security must be submitted one day before the opening date. Bids should be uploaded on the E-PADS portal and original bid security submitted to the Project Director GSC office Faisalabad. Tender documents must be signed and stamped, and a certificate confirming the number of pages submitted is required.
