The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various miscellaneous repair, maintenance, provision, installation, and renovation works under the General Engineer (Navy) Logistics Karachi. The tender submission deadline is **26 Oct 2026 at 1100 hours**, with opening at 1130 hours the same day. No tenders will be accepted after 1100 hours. The scope includes repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, overhauling, renovation, polishing, and electrification works. Eligible firms must be on the approved MES contractors list or other government departments with relevant experience. Contractors must provide valid GST and National Tax Numbers, CNIC for online verification, and personnel details. Those not on the MES approval list or suspended must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated bid cost as FDR pledged to GE (Navy) Logistics Karachi. This amount is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or does not secure the contract. Applications must include detailed information on similar works executed in the last two years, sponsoring agency/client, amount of work, completion period, physical completion date, progress percentage, and performance reports. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids without justification but will communicate grounds upon request.
