Construction and Upgradation Works of Schools in Zhob District

The Executive Engineer Buildings Zhob invites sealed tenders/bids for execution of various development works under the scheme from eligible contractors/firms with a Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit (Refundable). The non-refundable Tender Form Fee is Rs.1500/- for each tender to be deposited in any National Bank of Pakistan branch situated in Balochistan Province through Green Bank Challan in a head of account (C02716) verified by the District Accounts Officer. Items being procured: - Construction of 1 Add Room at GBPS Churmawala, 2 Add Rooms at GBHS Garda Babar and 1 Add Room at GBPS Khadozai - Construction of Primary Girls School (BEMIS CODE 04729) at Killi Maryum District Zhob - New Construction Govt Primary School Boundary Wall in Shaha Appozai District Zhob - Shelterless GGPS Akhter Colony New Apozai Abadi Zhob and BPS Killi Salwata Shadi Khan Manzaki Zhob - Upgradation of Akhtar Babar Primary School Killi Munday (BEMIS:04754) District Zhob The scope includes construction and upgradation works at multiple school sites in Zhob district. The works require experienced contractors with PEC registration and Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Bidders must have completed 3 similar assignments with a turnover of at least NIT PKR amount in 3 subsequent previous years, showing financial capacity of 70% of the total bid cost. A 2% CDR of the estimated cost from a scheduled bank and Green Challan amounting to Rs.1500/- cleared from TO Zhob must be submitted at NBP Zhob. The bids must accompany Bid Security (3%) in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee (Bank's certificate is mandatory). Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website. Bid validity period is 90 days. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication during office hours. The last date of bid submission is 21-09-2026 till 11:00 AM sharp at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Zhob. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM at the same office.
