Establishment of Mother & Child Hospital in DI Khan (2026-27)

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and bidders enlisted with the C&W Department and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 to submit electronic bids through the E-PADS system for the establishment of a Mother & Child Hospital in Dera Ismail Khan for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP Public Procurement Rules 2014 and subsequent amendments. Items being procured: - Establishment of Mother & Child Hospital in DI Khan (2026-27) The project requires firms with PEC category C-01 and above, possessing specialized codes as detailed in the bidding documents. The estimated cost is Rs. 38.425 million with a tender fee of Rs. 0.576 million. Bidders must submit 2% earnest money/security or stamp duty on the estimated cost. The period of completion will be as per the work order. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the E-PADS system and also provide a hard copy of their firm's details/brochures for record purposes. Technical bids will be opened on 17th September 2026 at 12:30 PM, with financial bids opened after approval of the technical bids by the competent authority. A mandatory sale proceed fee of Rs. 5,000 will be charged for bid solicitation documents. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with bid security requirements. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids with cogent reasons. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10th September 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II) DI Khan.
