Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, KPPRA, and PEC with valid enlistment for the year 2026-27. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit receipt (CDR) from scheduled banks is mandatory. Bids quoting up to 10% below the engineer's estimate require 2% bid security, while bids between 10% to 20% below require an additional 8% security.
