Construction of Wards, OPD, Gyms, Private Rooms and Offices for Comprehensive Physical Rehabilitation at Paraplegic Center Hayatabad Peshawar

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-PAD system for the construction of wards, OPD, gyms, private rooms, and offices at the Paraplegic Center (Hayatabad) in Peshawar. This project aims to enhance the comprehensive physical rehabilitation facilities for people suffering from stroke and closed head injuries. Items being procured: - Construction of Wards - OPD - Gyms - Private Rooms - Offices The project requires firms registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, specifically C-2 and above with specialized codes as detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel capabilities, and required equipment. The bidding security is set at 2% of the estimated cost, with a non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03%. The period of completion will be as per the work order. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website or obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Mega Projects Division-I, Peshawar C&W Department. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD system, with hard copies of the technical bid and financial bid submitted in sealed envelopes to the undersigned office before the closing date. The technical bid will be opened on 2nd November 2026 at 11:30 hours, and the financial bid opening date will be announced after approval of the technical bid. The successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes including stamp duty and sales tax. Bid security must be in the form of a call deposit receipt from scheduled banks. Joint ventures are allowed subject to submission of a valid JV agreement. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19th October 2026 at the office of the undersigned.
