Provision of Sports Equipment to Kalu Khan Sport Arena

The Communication and Works Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the EPAD system for development initiatives funded by Tobacco Cess in Tobacco-Growing Regions under Block Provision for Projects funded from Tobacco Cess. This tender specifically concerns the provision of sports equipment to the Kalu Khan Sport Arena located in Swabi. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid NTN and Sales Tax (GST) registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Additionally, bidders must provide proof of being a manufacturer, importer, or authorized dealer/supplier of gym and fitness equipment. ISO 9001 Quality Management or ISO 20957 stationary training equipment safety certification is mandatory. Bid security of PKR 1,061,250 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required and must be submitted via the EPAD system. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 6,370 is applicable. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20/10/2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29/10/2026 at 10:00 AM, with financial bids opening at 10:30 AM the same day. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
