Construction of water reservoirs and solar street light systems in Kachhi district

The Local Government Office Kachhi invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates on percentage basis. The procurement covers construction of water reservoirs and installation of solar street lights and home solar systems in UC Ghazi Ari and UC Sani, District Kachhi. Items being procured: - Construction of water reservoirs - Installation of solar street lights - Installation of home solar systems The first work is at UC Ghazi Ari including solar street light and home solar system installation with an estimated cost of PKR 50,000,000. The second work involves construction of water reservoirs and solar street light installation at Khattan, Mahesar Shahwani, UC Sani with an estimated cost of PKR 50,000,000. The technical scope includes civil construction of reservoirs and solar power equipment installation at rural sites in Kachhi district. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, have FBR Active Tax Payer status, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of at least three similar assignments with a turnover of PKR 35,000,000 in the last two years is mandatory. Submission of detailed FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority reports for the last three years is required along with original CNIC of the firm owner and recent bank statements duly signed by the bank. The tender fee is PKR 2000 and bid security is 3% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
