Construction of Water Supply Scheme Killi Merozai Samkhail Muslim Bagh in Saifullah

The Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, for the construction of a water supply scheme at Killi Merozai Samkhail Muslim Bagh in Saifullah. Items being procured: - Drilling and Development of Bore (TSE- 2627101202143) with an estimated cost of Rs. 4.015 Million - Civil Work (TSE- 2627101202153) with an estimated cost of Rs. 2.095 Million The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. The technical scope includes drilling and civil works for the water supply scheme. The firm must be registered with tax authorities (FBR/Balochistan Revenue Authority) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in relevant Category CE09. The bidder must have completed three similar assignments in the last two years with the PHE Department and provide completion certificates. Financial capacity must be demonstrated with a credit limit of at least Rs. 5.00 Million. Blacklisting by any procuring agency is prohibited, and a declaration on company letterhead is required. Tender documents will be issued upon presentation of the non-refundable tender fee. Bid security/earnest money and valid PEC and tax certificates are mandatory.
