Installation of Water Supply Line 6 Inch Dia in Various Areas of UC-154 Phase-1

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 6 inch diameter water supply line in various areas of UC-154 (Phase-1) in Hyderabad. This procurement is for the execution of civil and water supply works under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured: - Installation of Water Supply Line 6" Diameter in Various Areas of UC-154 (Phase-1) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags and temporary crossings - Providing, laying & fixing HDPE pipes (PE-100) 160MM - HDPE-100 fittings including elbows 45° and 90°, end caps, equal tees, cross tees - Butt fusion joints - Refilling excavated material in trenches with watering and ramming - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes supply and installation of HDPE pipes and fittings conforming to relevant standards, excavation and refilling of trenches, and associated civil works. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Bidders must submit a work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is payable via pay order or call deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit/pay order/bank draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Joint ventures must submit JV agreements if applicable.
