Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Bannu, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS from pre-qualified solar firms only under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), KP-PPRA, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 or above with specialized solar codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-11, and hold valid FBR NTN & STRN, KPRA active status, and Electric Contractor License Class-E from the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy & Power Department KP. The last date for submission of technical and financial bids is **12/10/2026 at 12:30 PM** via EPADS. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Bannu. Bidders must submit original bid security, additional securities, and tender fees physically by registered post/courier before the deadline.
