Tender Description
Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and having valid PEC License, CNIC, PRA registration, and NTN to participate in the e-tendering process for schemes of 2026-27. The tender process will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) portal.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of PCC Road from Parrian Masjid towards Darnoian Jamia Masjid Road MC Kotli Sattian (Rs. 30.00 Million)
- Rehabilitation of PCC Road from Drait towards Chamba MC Kotli Sattian (Rs. 30.00 Million)
- Rehabilitation of PCC Road from near Burj Bazar towards Lower Phofandi MC Kotli Sattian (Rs. 30.00 Million)
- Installation of solar street lights from Milad Chowk to Chewara Glamping Pods and towards Behria Foundation School Kotli Sattian (Rs. 28.20 Million)
- Construction of Public Toilets near Milad Chowk, MC Kotli Sattian (Rs. 7.00 Million)
- Construction of Walking Track from Kotli Burj road (near Toti Stop) to Parchan Hill Top MC Kotli Sattian (Rs. 9.90 Million)
The works involve rehabilitation of roads with PCC, installation of solar street lights, and construction of public toilets and walking track in Kotli Sattian. Contractors must submit a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted.
The contractor will submit rates electronically by filling the BOQ on the website on an item-wise rate basis. The tender opening is scheduled for 12-10-2026 at 02:00 PM. Successful bidders will be announced on the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian District Murree.
Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money deposit. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal and upload all required documents.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the BOQ and ensure timely submission through the e-procurement portal to avoid disqualification. Early registration on the portal and thorough document preparation will facilitate smooth participation.
