The Public Health Engineering Division Sherani invites bids from eligible contractors/firms for the execution of various development works under the Special Development Initiative Fund 2026-27 in District Sherani, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Construction of Various Water Supply Schemes in District Sherani (22 Jobs) with an estimated cost of Rs. 54.3281 Million - Construction of Various Water Supply Schemes in District Sherani (22 Jobs) with an estimated cost of Rs. 54.9999 Million - Civil Work for Construction of Water Supply Scheme Lawarrah in District Sherani (1 Job) with an estimated cost of Rs. 30.7245 Million The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. The tender fee is Rs. 4000, payable via bank challan in NBP Zhob Branch. Bid security is 3% of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee. Eligibility criteria include firms with valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27 in Category C5 with special codes CE-09(ii) and EE-11(ii) (Solar Energy) and relevant discipline, five years of work experience, valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and active ATL status. Authorized representatives must provide a specific authorization letter. Assignment of similar nature work equal to 70% of total bid cost completed in last 3 years is required. Turnover must be 70% of estimated cost in last three years and must be fresh. Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper and other detailed technical criteria are attached in bidding documents.
