Supply and Installation of Electric Water Cooler, Solar Outdoor Lights, Mini Filtration Plant, Electric Air Blower, AC/DC Ceiling Fan, and Filter for Filtration Plant for Sessions Courts Mansehra

The District & Sessions Judge Office and District Development Committee (DDC) Mansehra invites sealed bids under national competitive bidding for the procurement, supply, and installation of various equipment sponsored by the Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF). This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014 & 2022 for District Courts Mansehra. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by or before 19-10-2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Items being procured: - Electric Water Cooler - Solar Outdoor Lights - Mini Filtration Plant - Electric Air Blower - AC/DC Ceiling Fan - Filter for Filtration Plant The scope includes supply and installation of these items for the Sessions Courts in Mansehra. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered with income and sales tax authorities. Earnest money in the form of 3% Bid Security (CDR-Original) must be submitted in the name of District & Sessions Judge Mansehra. The offered rates should include all applicable taxes and remain valid until 30th June 2027. The complete tender process will be conducted through EPADS. Samples must be provided at the time of bid opening. Each bid shall comprise a single stage two envelopes containing Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal respectively. The earnest money must reach the office of Budget & Accounts Assistant of District & Sessions Judge Mansehra by the closing date and time. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Acts 2012 and Rules 2014 & 2022. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security (CDR) is original and submitted timely as bids without proper earnest money will be rejected. Also, carefully prepare your technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure to avoid disqualification.
