Construction of Water Supply Schemes with Solar Systems and OHSR Tanks in Nushki District

The Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan invites sealed gallop tenders from approved government contractors/firms registered with BPPRA for the financial year 2025-26 for multiple construction works in Nushki District. The works include construction and development of water supply schemes integrated with solar systems and Over Head Service Reservoir (OHSR) tanks. Items being procured: - Drilling and development of bore 650 ft for WSS along with solar system at Killi Sardar Zahir Khan - Construction of OHSR tank 20000 gallon with pipeline at Irrigation Colony - Construction of OHSR tank 20000 gallon with pipeline work - Construction of OHSR tank 20000 gallon - Drilling and development of bore 800 ft for WSS along with solar system at Killi Sahibzada - Construction of WSS along with solar system for Killi Qadir Abad Molvi Yaqoob - Supply and installation of solar system (2 sets) These projects involve civil works for water supply schemes, installation of solar power systems, and construction of large capacity water tanks. The sites are located in various villages within Nushki District. Eligible bidders must be active on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, and registered with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder should have completed at least three similar assignments with adequate financial turnover in the last three years. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope method as per Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Rules 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council by-laws. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable challan fee at the specified bank account or downloaded from the BPPRA website. Bids must be accompanied by 2% earnest money in the form of CDR. No bank drafts or banker checks will be accepted. The deadline for submission is 04-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day in the office of the Executive Engineer PHE District Nushki. Bidders or their authorized representatives are encouraged to attend the opening. Bids remain valid for ninety days.
