The Communication and Works Department Gilgit Baltistan, B&R Division Hunza invites sealed tenders under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure for construction works of water supply schemes in upper Hunza. The projects require specialized knowledge in water supply systems and civil construction. Eligible bidders must be licensed firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C6 or above, valid for Financial Year 2026-27, with specialization in relevant codes. Firms must also provide a 2% earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer B&R C&WD Hunza from any scheduled bank. The CDR must bear the original signature of the authority; electronic signatures are not acceptable. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer upon submission of a non-refundable treasury challan of Rs. 8,000.
