Construction of Physical Medicine and Neurodiversity Rehabilitation Centre Main Building G+1, Compound Wall, External Development & Water Supply and Sewerage at Mosmyyat Karachi

The School Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the construction of the Physical Medicine and Neurodiversity Rehabilitation Centre at Mosmyyat Karachi. This project includes the construction of the main building G+1 (Block-A), compound wall, external development, and water supply and sewerage works as per ADP No. 252 of 2026-27. Items being procured: - Main Building G+1 construction - Compound Wall - External Development - Water Supply and Sewerage (W/S & S/W) works The scope covers civil works including excavation, reinforced concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, woodwork, aluminum and steel works, painting, sanitary fittings, plumbing with UPVC and CPVC pipes, electrical works, and external development. The project requires compliance with Pakistan Engineering Council registration, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of bid security of Rs. 5.1 Million. The contract duration is 24 months with a bid validity of 90 days. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals separately via the EPAD portal. The bid submission deadline is 5th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works District Korangi Karachi, Special Education Complex, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Street No. 31, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed bidding documents including specifications, bill of quantities, and drawings. Earnest money must be in the form of pay order or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank.
