Construction of Winterized Washrooms, Sewerage Pit, Safety Tank Water Tank & Heating Room at Silk Route Dry Port Sost Hunza

The National Logistics Corporation invites tenders for the construction of 5 winterized washrooms including 4 washrooms and 1 water tank & heating room for water tank at Silk Route Dry Port Sost Hunza. The project includes excavation and construction of a sewerage pit, safety tanks, and related fittings. Items being procured: - 5x washrooms (4 ft x 5 ft) with GI sheet ceiling and roof, fitted with tiles, sanitary, electricity, and paint - Excavation and construction of sewerage pit (20 x 20 x 20) with connection to washroom sewerage line - Excavation and construction of safety tank (6 x 6) with sewerage line connection - 2x wash basins with complete fittings - External water tank of 3000 liters capacity connected with all washrooms and water heating tank - Water heating tank and connection of warm water with all washrooms The scope covers complete construction and fitting of washrooms, water tanks, and heating facilities as per specifications. Bidders must have relevant technical skills and experience in building construction. Tender documents must be submitted at the Manager Operations Office, Silk Route Dry Port Sost Hunza by 1130 hours on 29 September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
