Provision, Installation and Construction of Facilities and Repair Works at Karachi and NAS Turbat by Pakistan Navy

The Pakistan Navy Military Engineering Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various construction and repair works at Karachi and Naval Air Station (NAS) Turbat. Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' and on the approved MES list are eligible. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding issues with government departments. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors. The tender submission deadline is 06 October 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
