Construction of Work Bench in Study & Human Factor of Industrial Department (Civil, Electric, Plumbing and Furniture) at Dawood University of Engineering & Technology Karachi

The Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Karachi, invites qualified and registered firms to participate in the procurement tender for the construction of a work bench in the Study & Human Factor of the Industrial Department. This project encompasses civil, electrical, plumbing, and furniture works to be executed at the 3rd Floor main campus building of DUET, Karachi. The tender is issued under the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure and bids are to be submitted online via the SPPRA EPADS portal. Items being procured: - Civil Works: Porcelain tile flooring, distempering, matt finish painting, marble top laying, cabinet structure, central table lasni made, aluminum wall partitions - Electrical Works: PVC insulated copper conductors in conduits, circuit breakers, LED lights, power plugs, industrial sockets, DC inverter air conditioners with installation - Plumbing Works: UPVC pipes and fittings, PVC valves, tee stop cocks - Furniture: Executive table with side rack, executive revolving chair, visitor chairs, cabinets, dustbin, green and white boards, artificial flower decoration plant The scope includes supply, installation, and finishing as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category, possess valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, and have at least five years of relevant experience. Bid security of Rs. 116,538/- in the form of Pay Order/Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The contract duration is one month from the date of award. Bidding documents are available and must be submitted online on the SPPRA EPADS portal (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/) and can also be accessed on DUET's website (www.duet.edu.pk). Hard copies of bids along with bid security and tender fee must be submitted to the Director (ICT), Convener Procurement Committee, DUET, Karachi. The tender closing date is **11th September 2026** at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. Bidders are advised to register on the EPADS portal in advance. Conditional, telegraphic, unsigned bids or those without bid security will be rejected. Firms currently blacklisted are not eligible.
