This assignment requires a firm with proven experience in gratuity fund structuring and tax authority liaison, ensuring smooth execution within the stipulated 60 to 90 days. Bidders must hold valid NTN and active taxpayer status, be registered with SECP or relevant bodies, and have at least five years of operational experience. The firm should not be blacklisted and must demonstrate prior successful assignments related to gratuity or provident fund registration and FBR recognition. PEC category is not applicable, but compliance with FBR and ATL status for the financial year 2025-26 is mandatory. Submission deadline is set for 20-04-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical proposals opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
