Consultancy Services for Design and Top Supervision of BT Road from Pehlawagh to Dilgawash Dera Bugti

The CWPP&H Department District Dera Bugti invites proposals for consultancy services specifically titled Design and Top Supervision of BT Road from Pehlawagh to Dilgawash Dera Bugti. This tender is open to reputable national and international firms or joint ventures registered with FBR for income tax and BRA, and active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must also have PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. Items being procured: - Design and Top Supervision of BT Road from Pehlawagh to Dilgawash Dera Bugti The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 5 assignments of similar nature and complexity, with a minimum turnover of PKR 4,000,000 in the last two years, and valid tax and PEC certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
