The CWPP&H Department District Dera Bugti invites proposals for consultancy services for the design and top supervision of BT Road from Sham Road to Qalandari. This consultancy service is being procured under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Design and Top Supervision of BT Road from Sham Road to Qalandari The scope involves providing expert consultancy for the engineering design and supervision of the road project, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality control throughout the project duration. The consultancy firm must be registered with FBR for income tax and BRA, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and have PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. The firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. Eligibility criteria include having completed at least 5 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 3,000,000 in two subsequent previous years. The firm must hold valid BRA registration certificates and PEC/PCAD registration with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
