Consultancy Services for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Sui Town Master Plan, District Dera Bugti

The Directorate of Planning and Development Balochistan invites proposals for consultancy services for the detailed design and construction supervision for the implementation of the Master Plan of Sui Town, District Dera Bugti. This procurement is aimed at selecting a well-reputed national or international consulting firm or joint venture with proven expertise and eligibility, including registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, active status on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. The scope includes detailed design and construction supervision for the master plan implementation. Items being procured: - Detailed Design & Construction Supervision for Implementation of Master Plan of Sui Town, District Dera Bugti The project requires firms with PEC codes 1201 and service code 0546, and experience with assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 in one previous year. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank.
