Tender Description
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication and Work Department invites consulting firms to submit proposals electronically via EPADS for consultancy services related to the feasibility study and design of additional works for the upgradation of District Jail to Central Prison Kohat. This re-tender is issued under Provincial ADP #981/250186 (2026-27).

The scope includes detailed technical consultancy services for the planning, feasibility assessment, and design of the upgradation project at the specified site in Kohat. The selected firm will be engaged under the Quality cum Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the standard bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be approved and short-listed consultants of the C&W Department, registered with FBR and KPRA.
