Consultancy Services for Feasibility of Double Road to Saryabadda Access Road

This Request for Proposal invites consultancy firms to submit electronic bids for the feasibility study of the double road to Saryabadda Access Road in Quetta, issued by the City CWPP&H Department Quetta. The consultancy service aims to assess the technical and financial viability of the proposed road project to improve connectivity and infrastructure in the region. Items being procured: - Feasibility study for double road to Saryabadda Access Road with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,000,000 The scope includes detailed analysis of the road alignment, environmental impact, cost estimation, and technical specifications. The consultancy firms must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and registered with PEC as Consulting Engineering Firms. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority will be disqualified. Eligibility criteria require firms to have completed at least 4 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of Rs. 250,000,000 in the last three years. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 150,000 must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR from a scheduled bank. The tender follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, and only those approved will have their financial proposals opened. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
