This consultancy involves the market-aligned revision of Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR-2024). Items being procured: - Hiring of Consultant for Market-Aligned revision of Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR-2024) The scope includes preparation of technical and financial proposals, with bids to be submitted in one main envelope. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and appear on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit, CDR, or Pay Order in favor of FA & CAO, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore is mandatory and must be attached with the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available at www.pakrail.com and www.ppra.org.pk and can be downloaded free of cost from https://e-procure.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 after scanning and also submitted physically in the tender box at the Executive Engineer/General office, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore by 20-11-2026 at 14:00 hours. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11-11-2026 at 11:00 AM.
