Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, KPRA/KPPRA, and PPRA as active taxpayers, possess recognized expertise in academic or institutional reforms or upgradation of institutions to DAI/University status, and have at least five years of experience in similar studies. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the bid amount in favor of the Project In-charge is required as bid security.
The tender document is free of cost and available from 23rd October 2026 on the KPPRA, PFI Peshawar, and CCFE&WD websites, as well as from the office of the Project In-charge. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13th November 2026 at 1100 hours at the Project In-charge's office in PFI, Peshawar. The last date and time for submission of bids is 23rd November 2026 up to 1100 hours, with bids accepted both through EPADS and in hard form.
