The School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, through its Project Director Strategic Management Unit, invites e-Bids from Punjab p-procurement system website from the interested firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category of Works for the rehabilitation of dangerous PSSP school buildings under Peima-South Zone covering Bahawalpur, DG Khan and Multan divisions. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of dangerous PSSP school buildings under Peima-South Zone (Bahawalpur, DG Khan & Multan divisions). The complete electronic bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk as per the following schedule. Technical & Financial Bid Submission Date and Time: 11:00 AM on Nov 12, 2026. Technical Bid Opening Date and Time: 11:30 AM on Nov 12, 2026. Pre-bid meeting: 2 Nov 2026 at 11:00 AM at the address '11-A Lawrence Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan'. Technical and financial bids will be received through the Punjab procurement regulatory authority website. Procurement will be carried out on Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38 of PPRA rules 2014 amended from time to time. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant Category of Works and submit a Bid Security as per instructions. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security submitted online on Punjab e-procurement system website.
