Tender Description
The Government of Pakistan, through Pakistan Railways, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for consultancy services under Loan 6056-PAK: Railway Improvement Project (RIP). This project focuses on the design review, institutional strengthening, and PPP/commercialization aspects for the ML-1 Karachi to Rohri (480 Km) Upgradation Project. The Ministry of Railways acts as the Executing Agency while Pakistan Railways is the Implementation Agency. The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) has been established to oversee and guide the overall implementation and performance of the project.

- Consultancy services for Institutional & Reform Sector Specialist
The consultancy scope includes design review, institutional strengthening, and public-private partnership/commercialization support for the ML-1 railway upgrade. The consultant will provide expert advice and support to enhance project delivery and institutional capacity.
