Consultancy Services for Construction, Repair & Rehabilitation Work at TCP Korangi Godown, Karachi

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals for consultancy services related to construction, repair, and rehabilitation works at the TCP Korangi Godown located in Karachi, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Design, Drawings, BOQs, Documentation & Procurement Support - Construction Supervision including raising of outer boundary wall, ground level at main gate, new entry and exit gate, repair of Warehouse No. C-24 - Installation and supervision of LED solar lights and solarization at Godown Office - Supervision of pre-fabricated godowns at open plinth No. 49 & 50 The scope includes preparation of bidding documents, evaluation of technical and financial bids, assistance in contract award, and detailed construction supervision. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, preparing detailed designs and BOQs, and providing construction supervision to ensure quality and timely completion. Eligibility criteria require valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) consultancy registration (Category PEC-4A or above) with relevant codes, active NTN and Sales Tax registration, and affidavits of non-blacklisting and no litigation history. The consultant must have relevant experience in design, construction supervision, and procurement support. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting and clarification on August 24, 2026, and the submission deadline on September 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security of PKR 150,000 in the form of a pay order is required. The contract will be awarded based on combined technical and financial evaluation scores.
