Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Road from Baiker to Mari Top (Pkg-I)

This Request for Proposal invites consultancy firms for the supervision of construction works on the road from Baiker to Mari Top (Package I) under the Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top project in District Dera Bugti, Balochistan. The procuring entity is the Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top office. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Road from Baiker to Mari Top (Pkg-I) with an estimated cost of Rs. 100,000,000. The consultancy scope includes supervision of road construction activities along the 56 km stretch from Baiker to Mari Top. Firms must be registered with FBR and BRA, active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and hold PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Tender processing fee of Rs. 1000 in the form of a green challan is required, along with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or MCRBM with account C02716. Eligibility criteria require firms to have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of Rs. 65,000,000 in the last 3 years. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Financial proposals will only be opened for technically qualified firms.
